Resolves problems and issues affecting the department and directs measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Grant Development

From ideation to submission, I have solo-authored & co-developed more than 40 full-scale bids for philanthropic and federal funds and recently won ~$1.5M. Construct budgets and timelines for project scope and scale; bold ideas through SMART + thoroughly researched concepts.
